1. Submitting your menu
Build your menu in the online menu builder and submit it. Your submission includes your event date, guest numbers and location so we can check availability straight away.
2. What happens when I submit my menu?
We review your menu and confirm availability for your date. You’ll hear back from us with a confirmation and any suggestions - we’ve catered thousands of events and we’re happy to advise on quantities and menu balance.
3. What happens with my confirmation booking form?
Once your details are locked in, you’ll receive a booking form to confirm the final arrangements - date, numbers, delivery details and access. Returning it secures your date in our calendar.
4. What will happen the week of my event?
We’ll be in touch to reconfirm final numbers and details. If anything’s changed - guest numbers, timing, dietary needs - this is the time to tell us and we’ll adjust.
5. What do I need to do on the day of my event?
Very little. We arrive, deliver and set up as agreed, and for fully catered events our team handles the service. All we need is clear access to your space at the agreed time.
